I am literally 20lbs heavier on the right with the same condition. I am flexing pecs and rolling ahoulders forward on the left and relaxed on the right. Oh yeah and I have fucking Covid right now
I can`t tell to be totally honest with you but whatever.....I`ve been telling you the scale isn`t a good indicator of gained muscle tissue.
Now, you`re the premier measurement nut on here,the only one in fact....how much size if any have you gained on your quads,arms,and your waist.
Your waist is wide but tight with visible abs but they are shallow and need to be more developed....if you gained most of the size on your wait...not saying you did} what good is the added bodyweight?
I honestly do not see the progress....not hating I`m being honest....just my honest opinion and I know opinions are like assholes,we all have one..... just saying before you get mad and go there.
