I do but what do you think triggered it? I had 2 knee surgeries at 19 and popped NSAID like they were candy I would take handfuls. Then at 25 they tell me I have Barretts esophogous gerd and precancerous polyps. Then at 40 I go back in and they say I now have a Chrohns as well. But what started the digestive issues what triggered these problems? NSAIDS

I plan to rep 315 as soon as I have my sleeves. I am doing deep sets with 225 now without sleeves. I am slowly adding some weight and then seeing how knees feel the next couple days. My knee slipped walking up the stairs two days ago.  I don't think wanting knee sleeves for heavier reps is too much to ask. But if I can rep 315 I can get 405 for one that doesn't mean its a good idea to try it though. The one rep max calculator also works for squats supposedly.

So you are not doing 405? When you swore you would?

Well I was planning to do the classic physique at 205lbs. I was sitting 211lbs Monday morning after dealing with two weeks of diarrhea and blood passing . But then I got a little better rehydrated and I am sitting 230lbs right now.

My best squat day with 315 after a few warnup set went like this at only around 165-170 pounds:
10 rep
10 reps

8 reps
5 reps

All below paralell,with a belt,knee wraps and some chalk............. and legs like a friggin` sparrow !!  :D

I used to chalk the entire bar,my hands,and across the houlder/trap area on my shirt......just part of my ritual.

Have you been tested for C. diff? It can be caused by strong anitbiotics.

A couple days ago when I last trained legs I was sick. I am now almost back to full size. It’s weird I can tell when my body is gaining vs losing weight it seems to go in cycles. I am getting heavier again now. I just needed a little extra rest and food was overtrained. Tomorrow we squat. Much easier when healthy hydrated and full size.
