No idea why you would think your longer workouts full of burpees bike riding and sand bag drags would be more intense if anything they would be less intense by definition than my pure lifting workouts. You can put everything into a couple sets. You then need time off to recover if you have more muscle you probably need more time. If you have diareah and are not absorbing nutrients and passing blood you may get dehydrated and need even more time to recover. Personally I have tendonitis bad so I really need some time off from bicep and back training. I want to focus on squats and do them twice a week but I did them Monday and hamstrings are still not recovered. It takes more time to heal when you are bigger and training to break down tissue vs endurance crap

Lets do this again - at a certain point you will not get bigger other than adding FAT. I did that years and years ago. There is no sense whatsoever only doing weights when there is little upside for me. We have different goals. Mine is performance, yours is I have no idea. If your goal is to go to your genetic limits - go for it. I maxed mine out years ago. If I were a delusional FNG moron who knows zero about training and clueless to reality, I would still be pursuing size to the detriment of other parts of being fit, like stamina, endurance, agility, etc. But what do I know right?
The difference is this - I can do what you do in my sleep. You can't do what I do and would die after 5 minutes. And I'm drinking beers, no aches pains, no needed days off, no complaints of pains, and still FNG more muscle than you. DRUG FREE
