A couple days ago when I last trained legs I was sick. I am now almost back to full size. It’s weird I can tell when my body is gaining vs losing weight it seems to go in cycles. I am getting heavier again now. I just needed a little extra rest and food was overtrained. Tomorrow we squat. Much easier when healthy hydrated and full size.

Veterinary studies don't apply to humans because we are not animals?? The gastro effects of NSAIDS are well known. Here you go a human study on NSAIDS and anabolism

No fuck stick...they don't in this case.  You are the one who pointed out the correlation between nsaids and anabolic process and then proceeded to quote studies that didn't address it.  Taking them on an acute basis versus a chronic basis is much different.  Here, let me help you

Advil/Ibuproefen/NSAIDs is okay for occasional use but using it all the time can cause serious problems.

I've long since maxed out muscle for my frame since I don't do drugs.  Now I train for performance and maintaining muscle mass.

Unless you are doing something you are not telling us, your workouts don't appear that hard so as to require days off and hydrating.    Drink some beers, lift some weights, listen to metal, and all is good.   ;)

I don't drink it causes aromatization and is extremely catabolic makes you soft

No idea why you would think your longer workouts full of burpees bike riding and sand bag drags would be more intense if anything they would be less intense by definition than my pure lifting workouts. You can put everything into a couple sets. You then need time off to recover if you have more muscle you probably need more time. If you have diareah and are not absorbing nutrients and passing blood you may get dehydrated and need even more time to recover. Personally I have tendonitis bad so I really need some time off from bicep and back training. I want to focus on squats and do them twice a week but I did them Monday and hamstrings are still not recovered. It takes more time to heal when you are bigger and training to break down tissue vs endurance crap

I have done plenty of "performance" training. I don't need to exercise for the sake of being able to exercise longer boring as boring can be. Obviously if I lost 20-30lbs it would increase my cardio output as well. But again no desire to see how far I can run carrying something. I aint in the damn Army anymore I don't need to ruck a damn thing. I like being heavier. You do not have more muscle than me. I am currently somewhere between a 28.39-29.15 FFMI. You also don't get a cookie for DRUG FREE in caps
