I always encourage people who are respectful for fuck sake I even encourage shizzo to work out. But posting a routine is not the same as posting results. Talk about killing someone in training are you a fucking mule? So why train like one you want to promote anabolism you lift heavy for a short duration you don't do 3 hour triathlons that is how you waste away to nothing
You? Encourage someone? Please. Its all about "one upsmanship" with you. If its something you can't do its because the other person is doing something inferior to your ego.
Posting a workout is what they did. You somehow take that personally. Again, you put on those high waisted judgy pants of yours and shit (with blood) all over it. How do you know someone is killing themselves in training? They have goals..that god forbid.....doesn't involve standing on stage in a fucking bikini. The majority of us are of the mindset of "been there done that". Most here have been WAY more successful than you have been, yet you fail to acknowledge that. THAT would be respectful.
Soulcrusher - wouldn't want to do his trainign. I flat out hate running. I would imagine he will one day get strong enough to open a water bottle.
Chaos's workouts (from what I recall) are brutal - but don't want to do them.
Coach - trains his ass off and trains a shit ton of athletes. Smart as fuck. He and I don't like each other but doesn't mean I don't recognize what he puts himself through
Wes - I know he has done 100x more shows than me. He has forgotten more about bodybuilding than I know. He's still salty about losing that pose down to Tutankhamun.
Shizzo - what incredible sloth-like fortitude. The man is focused on being the laziest guy around. Props
Les Grossman - the numbers he says. Damn. Not for me though
Josh - I have said it before. If there is a definition of anyone that can just say "fuck it, I will do that" and not care about consequences...he's the guy. I wouldn't ever challenge the guy to anything.
Anabolism...you just like to throw that word around like you got a degree from Flex magazine. You think it only has to do with gaining size. You really have yourself convinced that everyone on here is pursuing getting larger biceps. They way you go on and on, I would bet you would walk into a track meet and tell everyone how great you are and how stupid/weak/fat/skinny they are because they don't look like you.
