I always encourage people who are respectful for fuck sake I even encourage shizzo to work out. But posting a routine is not the same as posting results. Talk about killing someone in training are you a fucking mule? So why train like one you want to promote anabolism you lift heavy for a short duration you don't do 3 hour triathlons that is how you waste away to nothing

Had meniscus clean up last year...knee felt like shit after.  Medial space is reduced.  One ortho talked about partial knee replacement.  I basically gave him the fuck off look.  Did one PRP shot and would say that wasn't worth the money.

I did a series of 3 shots.  One shot every other week.  After the 3 shots, wait 3 weeks before training lower body.  I feel pretty damn good.  Not 100%, but better than prior to meniscus surgery.  Can't box jump yet or run, but biking and rowing do not aggravate.

The recovery from a meniscus cleanup has taken me years. My right knee still gives me shit. Funny how arthroscopic surgery fucks with your nerves. With no warning, my right foot would instantly go painfully numb to the point that I literally could not walk. Supposedly, active people take 3 to 6 months to recover from meniscus surgery. Somebody is lying.

You?  Encourage someone?  Please.  Its all about "one upsmanship" with you.  If its something you can't do its because the other person is doing something inferior to your ego.

Dude,I got a hearty and legit LOL out of that one and I`m only on my first coffee......I was up banging supermodels all night per usual.....hey, somebody`s gotta` do it.

Anyway I have to claify on two points.....I competed long before Tutankhamun was a gleam in his fathers eye,and no matter how hard Soul Crusher trains, do you honestly and  realistically think he can ever open that fucking water bottle? 

It`s OK to have goals,but let`s keep them realistic and achievable. :D

Even if he did light stuff with high reps 2-3 X a week he`d look and feel much better in no time as long as he curtailed his drinking and just ate a tad better.....doesn`t have to eat like a Spartan for Gods sake.

That is an indoor sprinter he trains his legs with weights. He also uses PEDS. He is not just doing 20 mile bike rides.

That dude is an well known indoor sprinter. I have seen videos of him training legs with professional bodybuilders. He absolutely trains his legs with heavy weights like a bodybuilder he didn't get those from 20 mile bike rides. He is also on PEDS
