Still thinking about picking up that incline skating thing that’s for inside that I believe hypertrophy first mentioned. It looks cool as heck and hyper said that he has had excellent workouts on it.  Might have a PM coming soon Hyperytophy

Just finished 5 mile walk.

About to do chest,back,forearms and abs.

Then Christmas Eve party for the wife’s family.

Prob another 5 mile walk during that party.

Trained a day early as gym shut tommorow for Xmas day

Went out for dinner with mates yesterday which ended up a 12 hour bender, was still half pissed when got to gym this morning so wasn’t expecting much but surprisingly no loss of performance

Puny non getbigger real world poundage’s listed

Dead hang Curl grip chin with added 44lb plate failed at 8 reps dropped weight belt off then did another 4 with body weight only

Paused bench press double drop set 264lbs x 6 straight into 220 x 4 then into 133x8

Stiff leg deadlift off 5 inch block 341lbs x 7

Shoulder press machine 154lbs of added weight x 13

Shrugs (pause in contract and in stretch) 319lbs x 13   253lbs x 16

Cable y raise light weight x 21 reps

Overhead rope ext superset rope pushdown 1 x failure plus drops on latter

Incline db ext 2 sets to failure reduce weight in second set

Straight bar curl 115lbs x 6  93lbs x 10

Hammer curl 2 sets failure

It’s good way of doing it mate I burn out quick doing multiple sets of chins so this is a good quick way of getting in a few extra effective reps. I like the curl grip chin one of my favourite upper body movements not. Worth a try mate I bet you like and stick with it merry Christmas mate
