Back and biceps

Everything done for 2 sets to failure second set lighter than first

Hammer row vertical handles
Wide grip pulldown
Dumbbell row
Rear delt raise into row on incline bench
Hammer row horizontal handles
Reverse pec deck
Face away cable curl
Preacher curl
Concentration curl

Not one for taking photo in crowded gym but wanted to see how back looked in gym magic mirrors haha

when you hit 405 or even 355 on video.

also, Brian the as the weight gets heavier you are leaning more and more forward.  Not a good sign

i would reduce the weight a bit and focus on form.

405 will cripple you.. fingers crossed

200m run
10M banded monster walk
10 deadbug
10x banded hip flexor stretch
5x MB hamstring curl

5x5 back squat

10 sets:  50M slosh pipe run / rest 90 sec between sets

4 superset:
DB split squat x 8
KB goblets squat AMRAP x 30 sec

Foam roll / stretch

Would be nice to be that slosh pipe.

It is not a fucking powerlifting meet it is training and clearly in the ballpark. I have seen a lot worse at the gym

Haha thank you brother I’m not sure exactly how tall but I’m 6’1” and he’s at least 3-4 inches taller than me he trains with what must be his brother as they both have slight ‘hills have eyes’ look about them the other one is even taller but they look taller again as they are both so thin

I'll admit that you've done more than I thought you would. But one rep at 355 is still not repping 405 (I believe you said rep 405, not max 405). At least you have the safeties at what looks like an appropriate height in case you fail. Good luck to you.
