4 sets incline db press 70,80,90,100
4 sets incline hammer

Shoulders and calves

8 sets hammer shoulder press

8 sets of rotary calve machine

Forearms

Wrist roller 15lbs- 15 times up and down.

Abs

Crunches 100 ss ab wheel 20 ss 60 second plank.

Walked 10 miles.

On the wide grip/hammer grip what type of bar? Or machine?

I did flat bench max effort day.

I got bad stomach pains and was suppose to do quite a bit of assistance work but I didn’t

60 Min - no rest

1 min Assault Bike - 12-15 calories
 
6 x DB Snatch w 70lb DB

Chains - lateral and bent over raises 30 sec

10 push ups

Yup.   The bike is active rest.   But my goal is to make the "rest" harder and harder over time to where my "rest" is still really killing it.

You ever meet someone who drinks at minimum 2 pints of whiskey a day every single day at 115lb bodyweight? She did not eat she was living on alcohol she would have new bruises everyday and no idea where they came from. She would literally fall down and fall into shit nonstop. She blew a .328 I don't think you understand the level of alcoholism we are talking about. She would get mad and chug yes chug a 5th of whiskey. She had to go to the hospital for alcohol poisoning on multiple occasions. They would keep her a week at a time. She was drinking herself to death. I was finding hidden bottles still all over my house a year after she moved out. She still emailed me for 2 years after I kicked her out begging me to take her back

I posted an actual video of me pressing 350lbs for a double 7 years ago. I first tore my pec 20 years ago. I had bilatreral shoulder repairs over a decade ago and a tricep reattached 20 years ago and  bicep tendon surgically cut a decade ago. I still pressed 350 for a double after all my surgeries on video not just witnessed by some people at the gym

But more importantly I am in shape today are you?
