You ever meet someone who drinks at minimum 2 pints of whiskey a day every single day at 115lb bodyweight? She did not eat she was living on alcohol she would have new bruises everyday and no idea where they came from. She would literally fall down and fall into shit nonstop. She blew a .328 I don't think you understand the level of alcoholism we are talking about. She would get mad and chug yes chug a 5th of whiskey. She had to go to the hospital for alcohol poisoning on multiple occasions. They would keep her a week at a time. She was drinking herself to death. I was finding hidden bottles still all over my house a year after she moved out. She still emailed me for 2 years after I kicked her out begging me to take her back
Why is she in your house? Think about it - choose better women than these drunks that you get into altercations with.
an excellent bench toovery strong
Yup. The bike is active rest. But my goal is to make the "rest" harder and harder over time to where my "rest" is still really killing it.
30 min - 10 sets Single arm DB clean and press with 70 lb db x 10 and Chest exercise of choice 60 Min - no rest 1 min Assault Bike - 12-15 calories 6 x DB Snatch w 70lb DB Chains - lateral and bent over raises 30 sec 10 push ups
10 push ups.....bhanks LAUGHS at your feeble attempts at growth. Assault bike? Why not do zumba!
Birds of a feather. He allows all these women to "beat themselves up" inside his house over a span of many years.hanky loves the conflict. Brings him back to his cage fighting days.
Doing the coughing exercise for my abs today....all day long.
Maybe go take some horse De-Wormer.
Just walk away from people like this. Don't engage with them.
When the cops show up at the house must be like Jerry Springer w booze, weed, titties hanging out, etc.
I feel great, look decent, etc. For me its about actually being in shape for movements, not just image in a mirror.
Are you missing the joke?
Still planning on an August 6 update.
