Yes, I am in the U.S., and nothing is free here even when dumb libs think it is....like the Pfizer jabs they keep taking at "no charge" They don't get that we paid $11M to them....they didn't even really develop it, it was mostly university researchers, and a partnership with German company Biontech.  Russell Brand did a really good vid on this just the other day or today even.  It costs $5 to make, and they wanted to charge the U.S. $100 a dose intially....for something our tax dollars already paid for.

Thanks for the advice.  I'll look into it.  We have very good hospitals here, and one that is an orthopedic only that has a Dr. for everything ortho related, and works on all the pro and college athletes here.  I'd be shocked if they don't have what you're talking about.

So I am planning to train legs today and just saw the Rocks leg workout post on instagram

What do you guys think of this he basically pre exhaust his quads and hams doing extensions and curls before doing lunges and Romanian deadlifts last no squats. He does single leg glute drives prior but not sure exactly what those are supposed to be

It's a good idea and increases the intensity.  Try it and see.

Glute drives are on a machine made for that.

Of course my knee buckles getting out of a chair on the day I plan to do squats. Its like the back part hyper extends or slips pain is in the back behind the knee like it slips then everything gets inflammed. Going to ice then give it an hour or two to see if its ok but frustrating as same thing happened last week on squat day. I need 2 days without a slip to get legs ok to squat. But not going heavy if I go today already buckled

I think when you are in your 40's and still worship "celebrities", and especially take/want to follow the workout plans of one's that outweigh you by 50+ lbs and are obviously on tons of shit........you seriously need to re-evaluate your mental health.  BTW, remember he is 54, and still out trains you, and most of the rest of us when we were in our 20's- 30's.

Thanks!  It's more like "posting again" though.  I think I took off from posting for over 18 months.  Think I started again this past Jan or Feb.

Place got way too political, and almost downright hateful for a while there, and I realized I was falling right into being a part of that.  It still isn't what it used to be here, but I miss interacting with a lot of you guys that have been on here for years.  It's a good place to fuck around, laugh, and blow off some steam.

 2 sets of 10 warmup
5 sets of 8 working

Had sushi right before workout so maybe too much sodoum but lower legs blew up with fluid out of nowhere. Have a ripple effect when removing knee sleeve and deep lines from socks definitely some edema. Weight is creeping back up but holding fluid now

A week ago my calves had veins everywhere and you could see individual fibers. Now it looks like I have cankles and no definition in calves at all it happened very quickly like I noticed it happening during the workout
