Of course my knee buckles getting out of a chair on the day I plan to do squats. Its like the back part hyper extends or slips pain is in the back behind the knee like it slips then everything gets inflammed. Going to ice then give it an hour or two to see if its ok but frustrating as same thing happened last week on squat day. I need 2 days without a slip to get legs ok to squat. But not going heavy if I go today already buckled

Made it to the gym didSquats 2 sets of 10 warmup5 sets of 8 workingHad sushi right before workout so maybe too much sodoum but lower legs blew up with fluid out of nowhere. Have a ripple effect when removing knee sleeve and deep lines from socks definitely some edema. Weight is creeping back up but holding fluid now
