No I don`t for me in my case anyway.... I was sick and took 5 whole years off and ate like shit all day long and just sat around being sedentary like a sloth....lost 6 inches on my wait already though.....I had a gut for the first time ever in my life....that`s why no pics yet....I still have work to do....I`m my harshest critic even more o  that the great Hanky who knows nothing...plus I want to get a dark tan.....always had one year round as I worked in a gym for many year....several of them to be exact.

Cut down volume and frequency a bit since returning to doing building works after my winter break from it working with a mate for his business.

Body part only once a week for a while

Delts and tris today
Press behind neck - warmups then 2 sets to failure
Dumbbell side Laterals braced on bench inclined at 60 degrees - 2 sets to failure
Cable side lateral - 2 sets to failure
Reverse pec deck - triple drop set
Straight bar pushdown - 2 failure sets
Single arm pushdown reverse grip - 2 failure sets
Incline dumbbell extension - 2 failure sets

All second set done with lighter weight and higher rep target

Not usually training at mid day, 3 different people sounding like how I imagine a gorilla sounds having sex on every rep. Also poor mentally disabled woman on treadmill with her two carer lasses there wailing every few seconds. Can’t wait to go back to training at night

Today I woke up early and had a cheeseburger on a potato bun with coffee and a yogurt at 5am. I then had a Texas omelet with potatoes and an english muffin and a biscuit with sausage gravy and coffee at 11am and I am just now having some indian rice with curry chicken and peas and water at 1pm. I am planning to head to the gym to train after I finishing eating.

My upper body is about the same. My legs have made significant noticeable gains.
