1 giant set of DB Snatch - 100 lb x 4 - 90 lb x 4 - 80 lb x 4 70 lb x 4 60 lb x 4
60 minutes to do following: 12 sets x 5 - 30 minutes on bike - 30 min the other 5 exercises.

30 sec - single arm farmer carry with 88lb kettlebell
