Cant really walk well today 20 degree range of motion. Have been icing and heating a knot in my leg that seems to he causing a low grade fever hoping its just internal bleeding and not an infection. it is rather painful hiping better tomorrow but debilitating today.

These things happen regardless of the cause it has been 3 days now and I am having hot flashes and nausea. I tried to sleep it off anyway should be good by tomorrow but no training today takes 10 minutes just to get up and down the damn stairs to the gym. Was chasing a 2 year old around this weekend so on it more than intended hoping just inflamed.

I know how to train. I know what to eat. I just need to get that fire back. I'm not an exercise 3 days a week for a half hour type of guy. I'm an all-in, or nothing person.
If you train correctly, you'll feel so good, that it drags you back to the gym to do it all over. If you're quitting constantly, your training isn't the proper training for you. Forget about another persons' workout.

10 min warm up w 40's

30 min to do the following: 

5 x DB Clean and Press with 90lb DB x 10 superset w 30lb DB Side Lateral Raise with 30lb DB and superset calf raises x 10

5 x DB Snatch with 90lb DB x 10 - superset with 30lb DB Bent over Lateral Raise with 30lb DB and superset calf raises x 10 

1 giant set of DB Snatch - 100 lb x 4  - 90 lb x 4  - 80 lb x 4  70 lb x 4  60 lb x 4

60 minutes to do following:  12 sets x 5 - 30 minutes on bike - 30 min the other 5 exercises. 

30 sec air bike
30 sec - DB press x 12 w 30lbs

30 sec air bike
30 sec  - Jump Rope

30 sec air bike
30 sec  - single arm farmer carry with 88lb kettlebell

30 sec air bike
30 sec - kettlebell swings with 88lb kettlebell x 12

30 sec air bike
30 sec - leg raises x 15

Total time - 100 minutes

Chest + Abs:
Dumbell Flyes - 10 X 10 ....constant weight....40 second rest periods between sets....by set number 4 the weight was getting heavy....by the last set my pecs were screaming.....just something different since I`m a bit limited training at home plus it was intense, painful, and quick

Crunches- 5 X failure
