I am not predicting I realize Lou Ferrigno could always show up. I am saying I will have a very good chance though if I go classic because Lou Ferrigno can't do the classic and the weight class to be honest is my in shape weight

I have won quite a few first medals in my class pal......a damn sight more than you ever will.

At gym:

4 sets of machine reverse-delt "raises/flyes"

4 sets of seated BNP w/ barbell

4 sets of hammer-delt press machine

4 sets of lateral-raises (machine)

4 sets of shrugs

20 mins - slow "jog" on treadmill (4.0)

At home 9 AM - 30 mins sex (yes with a woman  ;))
  - (good for the heart)

The other goes to a private boarding school during the school year the youngest and my son are inseparable. She is also a Lawyer and will be a judge someday she is not a fucking waitress. I also have a toddler his happiness is my main priority. When my girlfriend and her daughters are not around, he asks for them he loves her kids. Women and children enrich your life. While you are drinking your dinner alone I am having a home cooked meal with a loving family.

I only ever entered the NPC and NABBA neither of which are drug tested,you can use gear in both organizations.....never entered a natty contest in my life.

In the 3rd pic your chest looks good as do your abs your delts and arms are not huge but balanced. 2nds pic may even be a little leaner but maybe not as full look younger as well. 1st pic seems like you have less size than 3rd and possibly at your oldest.

The issue to be honest though in all 3 pics your have less on your legs than me and I am stork legged cripple

I have always admitted my legs were my weakest point but comparing them to yours make no sense at all....I weighed 154, you weighed over 195 pounds....think about it and do the math.
One year I did six contests....very hard to hold your condition for that long and you always look harder in the earlier show than the last four or five.

So you think 10 sets of 10 is significantly different than 5 sets of 20? We are doing reps yes? Lifting stuff up and putting it down. How many times you lift it up and put it down is absolutely what counts. Not what arbitrary number you took a 30 second rest at before continuing or how many rest breaks you took. I would say reps means much more than sets.

I am telling you from 25 years of lifting it's the same damn fucking thing. If I do 10 sets of 10 or 5 sets of 20 I get the same fucking results. I did 100 fucking reps you can argue about all bullshit scientific studies fast slow twitch aerobic anaerobic crap you read all you want about ideal rep ranges and rest between sets. I am telling you your body is absolutely going to respond the same to each stimuli. 100 reps trains the muscle

The important thing to grasp, we are all different.   One of my training partners used to be a lanky B-Ball type guy.   We was strong as F and always frustrated that I was getting jacked so fast while he was not.  Yeah, when you are not 6 3" skinny guy you are not going to grow same as 5 8" guy doing the same shit.   He wanted to keep playing B Ball and all that running - he could never get more mass on his frame.  Similarly - for me losing fat was a hard endeavor and always a struggle. 

So you have to experiment with different rep ranges, programs, etc.   When you find out what works go for it.
