Standing overhead BB press - 4 sets of 3-4 reps - moderately heavy
Upright rows of peace - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Shrugs - 3 sets of 10-12 reps - slow and controlled

Cable pressdowns supersetted with overhead extensions - 4 sets of 15 reps - smooth pumping reps.

Did a few sets of machine crunches.

Going hiking this weekend, should hike at least 20 miles combined Sat/Sun. Camping overnight at +8000' of elevation. Should be fun. Longest hike in the mountains i've done in years.

Carry an old Gerber 3" folding blade on me and a 5" fixed blade in the pack.

That little Gerber handles 90% of the stuff i need to do and i've had it for 20 years.

True story - I was fucking around on AliExpress last year (I like buying random Chinese shit) and ordered a couple of very cheap pocket knives when I had a moment of boredom - totally didn't need them - a folding stiletto style and a small folding workblade type thing (like you hang on your belt)

But when they turned up, the thin one was a lock-knife, and the other was spring-loaded - both totally illegal in the UK!  And those mechanisms were definitely not pictured or mentioned.  So now I've got two illegal knives hidden with that gun I found last year   God forbid the house ever gets searched for any reason!

In the '90's we went as a group of 'lads' to Zante (Greece).  One of the local shops sold hard-core p0no mags, flick-knives, knuckle dusters, the lot.  So I bought a few spicy items, and like a complete bastard, stuffed them all in the bottom of my best friends suitcase!  Luckily he didn't get pulled - there was fuck-all security back in those days - but he never let me forget it
