Chin is just rhe angle and making a flex face my jawline is great when relaxed also pec isnt that noticeable the giy who took 5th at olympia lebrada has a worse tear than me

I did 5 sets of 10 squats last tome with several sets of extensions this time I did stiff leg deadlifts and hammy curls so I split it up over 2 days but do quads and hams each once a week.

6 sets incline db press 55s-55,70s-40,80s-35,100s-20,120s-13, 130s-6.
Superset with
Bodyweight calve raises 100,80,65,50,40,40.

I’ve decided to go back to 5-6 sets per body part for a while as I’ve been doing high volume for months and it’s exhausting.

2-4 mile walks.

I do sometimes weights are just a tool not the goal using momentum and other bodyparts to swing heavier weights around is counter productive I don't give a fuck what you say you can lift I am bigger and stronger than you

Now I have lopsided traps damn yall are reaching. The delts are not as lopsided as you think they just sit different due to a dislocation if I roll them forward they are both massive
