Added weight each set first time letting reps get this low since most recent pec tear feels ok so far lol

Also crossed the 220 threshold tonight ankles dry

Today I did back and biceps until my fucking forearms and hands started cramping.

Then I ate a lot of protein.

Tomorrow I will hit legs and do it all over again.

Funny I have never done any direct ab training and have great abs.
You`re waist is pretty lean but you do NOT have great abs....they are very Asymettrical

Thierry Pastel type abs are what you would call great abs........not yours.

By winter I will be in top form and once I get a tan thi immer I`ll show younonce again what great abs look like.

If you got clean for 5 year you`d disappear cuz you have no foundation from using wimpy weight.

I have done a double bodyweight bench press {HAVE YOU.....NO YOU HAVE NOT} but like most smart advanced bodybuilders I haven`t benched in years and concentrate on inclines as you should do since you have ZERO upper pec development........geniu s.

Double bodyweight isn't as impressive when you are a grown 150lb man. I pressed 365 at a bodyweight of 205 once at 25 years old and once again at 37 years old. But again not really trying to be a powerlifter currently doing just fine with higher reps. Have always focused on reps and form and isolation and pump not just momentum ego lifting.

Machine dips: 4 sets
Overhead machine extensions: 4 sets
Close grip bench presses: 4 sets

Reverse cable curls: 6 sets

May want to revisit your squat form and ego lifting squats.

355 lbs nearly folded you in half.

You should drop down to manageable weight of 135 and do 15 solid reps.

I did a full squat with 405 well below paralell when I weighed one sixty and did mitiple ts of ten deep rep in sucsecion with three fifteen on the same day.....guy`s a weakling/poser.

Yeah that is the thing it is one thing to criticize my physique it is another to make up lies about me. I can't fake military paperwork or rig scales. I am 70.75 inches tall it is 8am and I just weighed in at 218 in just workout shorts morning weight. These are facts when you start denying them and making up lies about me that isn't cool. You guys keep pretending I am 59 185lbs despite me proving my height and weight ad nausea with videos and documentation and weight class competitions you just want to keep lying about me to make yourself feel better about being a tiny tit. I used to squated a lot more in my 20s as well again not sure what part of bone on bone surgically repaired knees you don't seem to get and I am still doing squats. I am twice as strong as you have ever been fuckign nonsense
