I have two surgically repaired knees. I have seen your listed upper body lifts and they are no greater than mine
Funny I have never done any direct ab training and have great abs.
Today I did back and biceps until my fucking forearms and hands started cramping. Then I ate a lot of protein. Tomorrow I will hit legs and do it all over again.
looking better every weekIm competing in NovemberI will start a thread in a the positive bodybuilding section in a couple monthsFeel free to add your feedback
You`re waist is pretty lean but you do NOT have great abs....they are very AsymettricalThierry Pastel type abs are what you would call great abs........not yours.By winter I will be in top form and once I get a tan thi immer I`ll show younonce again what great abs look like.No shit from you Hanky.....I`ve been training hard and eating in the exact opposite fashion that your Happy Meal BS you always seem to forget that I did absoulutey zippo for 5 entire years....count `em FIVE.If you got clean for 5 year you`d disappear cuz you have no foundation from using wimpy weight.WIMPY WEIGHTS OF PEACE
I went heavy in my 20s I have learned better now it is not needed also you bench about 135lbs in your "prime" so just stop it
Taking today thru Thursday off, I’m exhausted.
I have done a double bodyweight bench press {HAVE YOU.....NO YOU HAVE NOT} but like most smart advanced bodybuilders I haven`t benched in years and concentrate on inclines as you should do since you have ZERO upper pec development........geniu s.
Double bodyweight isn't as impressive when you are a grown 150lb man.

QUITTERJust kidding my friend......relax and recoup bro.
Bodyweight is always taken into consideration just not by weak people they use the same excuse that you just did and also used for chinning.Ever hear of a sport called powerlifting.....there are one hundred fourteen pounder that can easily outlift you cuz you train like a pansy....you sir are the true definition of a "mirror athlete?".PLUS you lie about your weight and I dont care you could be holding a 55 pound plate in your stupid weigh in video that no one cares to even see cuz we dont give a fuck what you weigh...........genious.
Double bodyweight isn't as impressive when you are a grown 150lb man. I pressed 365 at a bodyweight of 205 once at 25 years old and once again at 37 years old. But again not really trying to be a powerlifter currently doing just fine with higher reps. Have always focused on reps and form and isolation] and pump not just momentum ego lifting.
I absolutely do not lie about my weight I have proven my godamn weight and height a dozen times on hereHow you lift something what muscles you use matter form matters those so called powerlifting bench presses are not the same thing that I do
May want to revisit your squat form and ego lifting squats.355 lbs nearly folded you in half. You should drop down to manageable weight of 135 and do 15 solid reps.
I dont give two fucks if they stack shit five feet nine inches high which is your true height......and fuck your military ID....it`s obviously faked. You can polish a turd but`s till a turd.
I did a full squat with 405 well below paralell when I weighed one sixty and did mitiple ts of ten deep rep in sucsecion with three fifteen on the same day.....guy`s a weakling/poser.Cue boinoc exoskeleton pics coming on fast. "D
