I put a 25 pound plate ( a side) on the top bars as well, keeps it a bit more solid in the rack. (It tends to want to raise up otherwise).
His bar looks to be a 1-inch bar, ours is a 2-inch thick bar, really gives it a different feel thru the whole arm.

And yes, butt-fukkers will be butt-fukkers.  >:(

10 Snatches at each weight : 95 / 115 / 135
then max snatches at 155

Got 10 @ 155.  Can't utilize the 'jump' with the snatches and all were power snatch.  Not cleared for anything heavier yet.

(basically 5rd of each)

Wake up 3:45  - take poop
4:00 am - cup of CAF from Black Rifle Coffee 
4:20 - in car - start drinking pre-workout Gorilla Mode
4:35-4:45 get to gym - warm up for 15 min  -
5:00 - 5:30 - assault on bro lifting stuff for hypertrophy. 
5:30-6:30 - conditioning and focus on bodyparts of the day. 
6:35- 6:50 - Shower
6:50 - 7:00 - go to work -
7:10 - 5:00 - work 
5:30 get home try to spend time w family 
8:15 -  Vitamin D, EPA, CoQ10, 5 gm Creatine,
8:30 - Bed.

5:30 - 7:30 - Watch whatever show we're binging
7:30 - Bed.

I try to shift it a bit, like bed at 8-8:30 PM and up at 4 AM, but I cannot seem to.
Body-clock is up at 2:30 or 3 AM, and exhausted by 7 PM...  is what it is I guess...

That's insane.

I used to get up at 515 when i had a long commute.

The problem was on the weekends i couldn't do anything because by 8pm i was exhausted.

But it does have it's benefits. It was nice to get a jump start on the day by being at work by 6am. You have a different schedule and can go places during non-peak hours to get errands done faster.

These days i get up at 9am and go to bed around 1am. ;D

Just works better for me now that i live in a small City and there is no daily chaos. Just work, go to the gym and chill at home.

Leg extensions - 3 x 12, 12, 18 (last set to failure)

Dead stop Leg press - start with a plate aside and do a set of 8 keep adding a plate aside and doing 8 then when get a weight that’s a challenging 8 grind it out to failure pausing with legs locked for a few breaths to extend set.

Leg curls seated - 3 x 12, 12, 19

Adductor Machine - 3 x 18, 18, 26 (adductors real weak spot for me and struggle to progress so start with weight for 3 sets of 12 and don’t move up weight till get 3 sets of 20 last set is to failure
