Here is my typical day - GTFO working a shift at Burger King
Wake up 3:45 - take poop
4:00 am - cup of CAF from Black Rifle Coffee
4:20 - in car - start drinking pre-workout Gorilla Mode
4:35-4:45 get to gym - warm up for 15 min -
5:00 - 5:30 - assault on bro lifting stuff for hypertrophy.
5:30-6:30 - conditioning and focus on bodyparts of the day.
6:35- 6:50 - Shower
6:50 - 7:00 - go to work -
7:10 - 5:00 - work
5:30 get home try to spend time w family
8:15 - Vitamin D, EPA, CoQ10, 5 gm Creatine,
8:30 - Bed.
Another early bird. My alarm is set for 4 AM, but Im up between 2:30 to 3:30 AM each day, even weekends.
Today was:Wake up 2:30 AM - Read GetBig
3:30 AM - wake up wife for 30 mins of nude-time
4:00 AM - Drink coffee (2), make Intra-Drink to take w/ me (Creatine, HMB, Karbolyn, Humapro)
5:15 AM - Hop in car to go to gym
5:30-7:00 AM - Gym session
7:15 - 8:00 AM - At home, make / eat a meal, play w/ dog
8:00 AM - Walk downstairs to login to work
2:00 - 3:00 PM - Hour walk with wife and Pup (the rain has stopped, suns blazing)
Most days: 4:30 - Log off from work, eat dinner
5:30 - 7:30 - Watch whatever show we're binging
7:30 - Bed.
Its like ground-hog day, every days the same, sort of boring, and I love it like that.
