Lighter leg day of the week

Leg extensions - 3 x 12, 12, 18 (last set to failure)

Dead stop Leg press - start with a plate aside and do a set of 8 keep adding a plate aside and doing 8 then when get a weight that’s a challenging 8 grind it out to failure pausing with legs locked for a few breaths to extend set.

Leg curls seated - 3 x 12, 12, 19

Adductor Machine - 3 x 18, 18, 26 (adductors real weak spot for me and struggle to progress so start with weight for 3 sets of 12 and don’t move up weight till get 3 sets of 20 last set is to failure

I can’t do 5 seconds haha I have short legs so can bottom out the leg press at the gym so I just pause in the stops for a brief second enough to kill momentum but not lose the stretch reflex I imagine 5 seconds is brutal I do allmost all my training paused at both ends of excercise mate

No mate just high activity level I install driveways and patios and build walls for a living keeps the fat off also I been on 250mg of test a week for almost ten years now though which helps a lot haha
