Leg curls seated - 3 x 12, 12, 19Adductor Machine - 3 x 18, 18, 26 (adductors real weak spot for me and struggle to progress so start with weight for 3 sets of 12 and don’t move up weight till get 3 sets of 20 last set is to failure Photos a few hours after training
