315 came back up as well. I think my form looks damn near perfect nice and deep.

Hanky,You are significantly using your left side more than your right.Have you had knee issues in the past? If so, what were the issues? Acl sprain? You might want to lower the weight and focus on coming up and down using both legs evenly and focus on driving straight up vs Largely to the left

My left knee is not stable today hasnt been the last few days. I have been very careful when standing up sitting down or walking ot has started to slip a few times. The back feels hyper extended the while thing feels twisted and loose and I am in a noticeable amount of pain. Walking is unpleasant. I should go to the Dr Monday and get an MRI. But a I driving to the gym with my knee wraps to squat on pure faith. I dont think Getbif really fully appreciates what I am doing

Christ I weighed between 160-165 and did two sets of 10,well below paralell, followed two sets of eight just as deep,then a set of six, then did a burnout set with 225 for 20 deep reps...this fucker acts like he climbed Mt. Everest......using a weight that`s only eighty five pounds heavier than his supposed bodyweight on 230.
bodyweight is down to 225 I like to be light for squat day
Is Hanky doing 315 for singles at 225 lbs? We have kids on the football team right out of highschool , 18 years old, weighing 185 lbs or so that do it for sets of 3-5 reps. The bigger kids can knock off 10-12 reps for multiple sets no problem.

Jesus Christ you guys are a bunch of haters. It went from 315lbs would crush you to your not deep enough to no video you didnt come up to 315lbs ain't shit anyway real quick. I did 3 working sets with 275lbs then yeah I did a couple singles with 315lbs to take some pics and check my depth and form. I had more in the tank. You can see the fucking belt buckle protruding from the middle of my stomach. It is cinched tight directly over the belly button that isn't a fucking "Gut" Haters. And of course, you all know a 10-year-old that squats more and you squatted 600lbs 20 years ago but where are your squat videos from today? Exactly
