Quads,Hamstrings,Calves,Erectors:Leg Press - 4 sets
Leg Extensions - 4 sets
Seated Leg Curls - 4 sets
Leg Press Calf Extensions - 6 sets
Hyperextensions- 3 sets
I was on the road about a hundred miles from home or so running a few errands.....got a free pass at a Planet Fitness....met two NPC guys in their 50`s....they were brothers....invited me to do legs with them so I jumped in like a fool........did way too much but couldn`t look wussy....I used the same weights as these two big fucks did.
Anyway we swapped names and the guys gonna let me know about a show he entered in Syracuse put on by Ben Francis.....only three hours away so who knows but the Nats come before anything.....two great guys both competed in the past ....they want me to go train in Syracuse with them occasionally......told me I made them squeeze out more reps than they ever did before.
I`ll be sore for a month but so will these guys..I wouldn`t let them quit

....we`ll be three hobbling fucks tomorrow especially me....no machines used for years......literally....

I let `em know if they don`t push themselves....I will be pushing myself so to think of me grinding out reps when the going gets tough cuz my ass ain`t driving three hours each way just to train....i don`t need a partner....I push myself....,....we all may do the IFBB North America, who the fuck knows or cares this far out?
Luckily tomorrow is rest day cuz I`ll probably be crippled. LOL

Anyway, great workout and met two great fellow brothers in IRON.
Needless to say my food intake suffered but I highly doubt if Ill turn into a pumpkin.
MAY ALSO START MY TRT THIS WEEK....IF I DON`T HEAR FROM THE CLINIC THAT I INQUIRED AT,I`LL USE MY OWN SUPPLY.
