Not looking for approval just posted an actual video from my workout showing my form and I am getting attacked for it. It wasn't supposed to be a PR. Meanwhile do any of you even lift? I mean other than SC and Rob the rest of you are either skinny or fat slobs or just fucking old dudes posting photos from 1985. I am one of like 6 guys on here in any kind of shape the rest of you are all frauds.

Have you thought about doing a day of intermittent fasting to slow down the rate your gut is growing at.

Jesus you are as bad as my girlfriend's daughter arguing that I should say 6 instead of half a dozen last night when I said how many couples were on the dating show we were watching. I tried to explain half a dozen meant about 6 but could be 5 or 7 just like a quarter till could be 20 minutes or 10 minutes till it's a less precise estimate. Blew her mind she couldn't get it. A couple sets means a few now you guys want to argue about whether I did 2 or 3 fucking nonsense do I need to film my entire hour long workouts now? I could say the sky is blue and you jackasses would argue with me. I had a great workout and really improved my squatting form despite walking into the gym convinced my knee was going to give out. I took 315lbs deeper than I have before and I will go deeper yet.

Also just a quick shout out to Henda and his squat video and leg development pic as he is the one who inspired me to go deeper with lighter weight.

a quarter of an hour is 15 minutes, not ten or 20.

A couple literally means two.

A few reps would have been correct.

A half dozen means six.

Around half a dozen means near six.

A quarter till means 15 minutes.

Quads,Hamstrings,Calves,Erectors:
Leg Press - 4 sets
Leg Extensions -  4 sets
Seated Leg Curls -  4 sets
Leg Press Calf Extensions - 6 sets
Hyperextensions-  3 sets

I was on the road about a hundred miles from home or so running a few errands.....got a free pass at a Planet Fitness....met two NPC guys in their 50`s....they were brothers....invited me to do legs with them so I jumped in like a fool........did way too much but couldn`t look wussy....I used the same weights as these two big fucks did.

Anyway we swapped names and the guys gonna let me know about a show he entered in Syracuse put on by Ben Francis.....only three hours away so who knows but the Nats come before anything.....two great guys both competed in the past ....they want me to go train in Syracuse with them occasionally......told me I made them squeeze out more reps than they ever did before.

I`ll be sore for a month but so will these guys..I wouldn`t let them quit    ;D....we`ll be three hobbling fucks tomorrow especially me....no machines used for years......literally.... ..years.

I let `em know if they don`t push themselves....I will be pushing myself so to think of me grinding out reps when the going gets tough cuz my ass ain`t driving three hours each way just to train....i don`t need a partner....I push myself....,....we all may do the IFBB North America, who the fuck knows or cares this far out?


Luckily tomorrow is rest day cuz I`ll probably be crippled.  LOL  ;D

Anyway, great workout and met two great fellow brothers in IRON.

Needless to say my food intake suffered but I highly doubt if Ill turn into a pumpkin.

MAY ALSO START MY TRT THIS WEEK....IF I DON`T HEAR FROM THE CLINIC THAT I INQUIRED AT,I`LL USE MY OWN SUPPLY.

I wish I actually have chronic pain opiates would probably make me feel a lot better but nope I don't take any. I really shouldnt be taking advil as nsaids are bad for your stomach but knee was really bothering me.

I am not leaning I come up straight. Also this was the end of my workout I had already done half a dozen lighter sets first I am actually training here is the full workout

Thank you for clearing this up. I thought I was becoming more senile than usual. A half dozen is 6 and a quarter of an hour is 15 minutes. Bhank must be either early or late to his appointments. When eating individual servings of peach cobbler, when he's finished the 6th one, he goes for one more and calls it a half dozen.

The baker’s dozen originated in the 1500's. As a reward for buying 12 items the baker gave you one extra. There's no such thing as a baker's half dozen because who'd want a muffin the baker broke in half?

Only when there is a qualifier like 'about' meaning an imprecise number, can a half dozen be interpreted to mean 5-7. Likewise, when someone says 'around' a quarter of an hour, it might mean anything between 10 and 20 minutes. The informal definition of 'a couple' is an indefinite small number as in 2 or 3.

It doesn't surprise me that Bhank would argue with a youngster and insist he's right when in fact he is wrong about something. That young lady is smarter than he is.
