The right arm has never been torn it is coming back after having lost size due to a chest injury. I have added 3/4 of an inch this year to it. It has geown but so has the left. It is behind but growing

I tape the arm its gained 3/4 of an inch since then but the left has gained half an inch so its still behind but catching up also my lats look better and i know my legs are better as well
