I've seen them in concert 6 times, but this was years ago.

Morello is a complete nutcase today, but their music on the first few albums was incredible.

Yesterday, Leg Day #1 (been doing them on WED & SAT).

Leg-Press
5 x 8 with 9 plates a side. I like to do these slow and low (or deep).
I see many loading up plates and moving an inch, very odd).

Superset
 {Leg Curl - 5 sets
 {Leg Ext - 5 sets

Standing calf-machine (Cybex I think)
5 sets

Reverse Hypers
5 sets

I will squat heavy (for me) on SAT.
Been ending w/ 425 x 3, will shoot for 445 x 3 on SAT.

My SQ and DL have always been pretty equal (5 plates a side for a single (2009 raw contest, under 198 lbs).
Been doing 425 x 3 for each these days.

Early morning cycle today  before breakfast and it was very peaceful.  A little later I think I'll train back & shoulders. I think back & shoulders work well together

I got up to 140Kg Front squat a while back - then an injury to my leg Biceps
set me back . Typically not injured it in the Gym.  ::)

15 min warm up

30 minutes - each set on the 3 minutes. 

10 sets -
315lbs deadlift  x 10 
225lbs bench x 5

30 min - 15 sets.

30 sec assault bike - 10 calories
10 TRX atomic push ups.

30 sec assault bike - 10 calories
10 step ups on 24 inch box.


30 min - w 30lb weight vest.  - 6 sets  - each set to be completed in 5 min

1/4 mile on air runner at 12 min mile pace

10 push ups

4 tire flips w 300lb tire

Push heavy sled 25 yards

4 tire flips w 300 lb tire

10 push ups. 


Drenched but dialed in 5 weeks out .
