Yesterday, Leg Day #1 (been doing them on WED & SAT).

5 x 8 with 9 plates a side. I like to do these slow and low (or deep).
I see many loading up plates and moving an inch, very odd).

I will squat heavy (for me) on SAT.
Been ending w/ 425 x 3, will shoot for 445 x 3 on SAT.
My SQ and DL have always been pretty equal (5 plates a side for a single (2009 raw contest, under 198 lbs).
Been doing 425 x 3 for each these days.
