That’s awesome was doing the same thing last night with my 11 and 7 year old. There’s a big fence next to pool around 10-12’ high and I was getting the bigger ones head above it and the little one a little higher. That’s awesome height.

Great advice G.A., and that`s just what I`m doing....I honestly don`t think I could even do a light workout if my life depended on it.......I feel like crap.

Thanks Rob yeah I noticed last time he was just at the top of the tree line so this time wanted to clear it. It is a little easier when they are 3. What is the point of lifting if you can't chuck your kid in the air. I got to say though I wasn't planning to start him lifting yet was really proud when he said he wanted to pick up weights.

I told you everything twice a week 6 days a week was too much. You will overtrain and break down your immune system. You say I don't train hard but sometimes less is more. Train less eat more and recover

be careful using trees as a guide, they grow you know....

I don`t agree as I cut volume dow per day and seem to have boundless energy.

The  only thing that fucked me up was that I took too many of my Diazapam {prescribed to me not that it would matter to me if they weren`t} and then ate a 12 eggwhite omelette.

I get the eggs from a local farmer and never had a problem thus far until last night......I puked my guts out.....reminded me of the time I had Colitis......then again who knows the egg may have had nothing to do with it.

Yeah I really think walking is the best way to get in shape you dont need to run just walk everyday

I agree. I used to run when I was younger. Walking feels better and is beneficial to my health, without compromising my knees or jostling my organs.

Brian, Do you travel with your gear? I am travelling in the coming weeks and not sure how to travel with my anabolics, Any suggestions?

Get prescriptions. It is the only sure way of not being caught with illegal drugs, i.e., steroids. This is particularly important when traveling to other countries. The other way to be safe is to take a break from everything except over-the-counter supplements.
