Look at my reps just becasue I did 2 exercises doesnt mean I didn’t train with volume. I did over 225 reps. if you did 3 sets of 10 you would need to do 8 exercises to match my rep volume

THEY ARE ALSO HIT HARD WHEN A PERSON DOES PEC WORK ON CHEST DAY.
THIS MEANS THAT YOU SHOULD CONCENTRATE MORE ON SIDE AND REAR DELTS TO CREATE AN ILLUSION OF WIDTH AND THICKNESS.......MORE FRONT DELT SIZE DOES VERY LITTLE FOR THE IMPRESSIVENESS OF YOUR BUILD AS THE FRONT DELT IS USUALLY OVERDEVELOPED ANYWAY FROM DOING PECS ALONG WITH IDIOTS LIKE YOU DOING PRESSING EXERCISES WITH PECS.
PLUS ONE PRESSING EXERCISE IF YOU MUST DO ONE IS ENOUGH.......ANOTHER ONE FOLLOWING THE FIRST IS SIMPLY REDUNDANT......YOU FUCKING NOVICE !!
