Cook,my legs have always sucked and trust me I trained the shit out of them.
Training upper body at home is great but I cannot afford to waste a minutes time neglecting legs....I mean I was training them at home as hard as possible, but I was too limited so yes,it`worth it bigtime.
Genetics can be a bitch man.
My legs grow just looking at a barbell.
But my chest has always been my weakness.
Trained chest a dozen different ways and at one time was strong as an ox. Zero difference.
Chest always looked meh compared to the rest of me.
My legs/calves can grow doing anything, it's almost retarded. People ask me for advice on calves all the time and i just tell them it's genetics. They act upset that i don't give them some super secret, but i'm just being honest about it.
