I had a partial tear in my left bicep 2 weeks ago saving my bad squat I had blood pooling in the arm. So you are correct I have not worked out in 2 weeks. It is the longest break I have had in 2.5 years. I have been riding the stationary recumbent bike for 15 minutes everyday during my lunch break but other than that nada.

Glad to see you're working around your injuries so diligently.

Hey Scott hope you are doing well. Yeah I found that Smith machine at a second hand store several years ago for 200$.It is real handy for me training all alone.

I did not have a great training week as I tweaked my lower back a little bit. I will probably have to push my double bodyweight squat attempt back a little while.

I am headed to Munich on Thursday. In a perfect world I would be met at the airport by Henda and Darren Avey in tan polyester leisure suits, but a girl can only wish ! My Mom and I are headed to Lake Constance for R&R and down to Lichtenstein.

I have been doing chins and track sprinting to get my back and legs in shape for Christmas party dress season. Hopefully Chaos will take me snowboarding in Big Bear this year. 🤣

I still miss Pellius.

I didn't think it was that interesting it wasnt that bad and not a great arm shot but here you go notice date 9/26. I think 2-3 days after squat. I decided to take a break and heal. It has been 2 weeks now so I did some hamstring work last night and will do a little quads today but still resting arm

I am healthy as can be just had a minor injury it happens. I am actually riding a recumbent bike everyday now as well

Riding the bike helps get fluid out of knees and keeps them looser. Doing some leg extensions now did hamstring curls last night

5 sets of 30 that is all

Will do some light squats later this week
