Lower back  fat accumulating nicely.

39 inch waist on full display.

Good call, on giving up on the streamlined look.

The fridge look is much better suited for your body type.

Weird you claim I have gained fat and lost 30lbs all at the same time. I actually was getting a little too heavy a few days ago over 230lbs I brought it back down to a more comfortable 225lbs

205 this morning after 6 days low carbs

Carb day to day should be around 210 by bedtime

Last carb day today before show in 4 weeks

Dialed in this last three weeks, didnt feel right condition wise a while back.

no last refeed day
I have 60gms of carbs a day normally, Saturdays I eat added carbs
Today 500gms oats, 4 slices toast with jam
pub meal gammon and chips, also ate my wifes sirloin she didnt want, large bowl frosted sugar cereal
Bloated now.
It works for me I am still full and get great pumps in the gym, dont get fatigued

I will add some carbs in the last 4 days before contest but not a lot, probably 200gms a day
