Im guessing you started using prescription painkillers. Such as Percocet oxycodone fentanyl.

A few months ago, you said your knee would  slip out when you were walking. Now all the sudden you’re a spring chicken.

What painkillers and what doses are you using.

I have a bad stomach I don’t even take Advil but yeah I have been training legs often and resting upper body feel great knock on wood

I have had that elliptical for almost 20 years I shipped it back and forth to Hawaii it’s absolutely the best thing for people with knee problems

Think I'm cancelling both my gym memberships and just training at work for now on.  This is my 4th week in a row of not going to a commercial gym and I'm just flushing $$$ down the toilet.

Today was chest, bi's and abs

Incline Smith 4 x 10-8
Incline cable fly's 2 x 12-10
Decline dumbell press 2 x 10-8
Seated machine press 2 x 10-8
Reverse cable curls 2x15
Hammer preacher curls 2x12
Close grip cable curls 2x10
Cable curls using the cable crossover ie I don't know that the fuck these are called (it's like hitting a front double bicep) 2x10
Decline sit-ups 3x15
Hanging knee raises 3x10

*elbows are hurting a little hence the cable work for biceps
I have been training at home for about 8 years now. I think the pluses far outweigh the minuses.Can train any hour, I never have to wait on some jackass to get off a bench and that pandemic had not affect on my training at all. I keep my eyes open constantly for bargains on weight equipment at stores or garage sales.Just add a piece here and there and maybe use a little imagination on some exercises.Good luck

You referenced the recumbent bike as an elliptical.  Doesn't matter when you purchased or used. 

Best thing for YOUR knees, not everyone's.  I would bet your surgeon would say a 405 squat is the worst thing for YOUR knees. 

You have such a problem with saying / admitting you are wrong on even the smallest thing.

I`m liking training at home also....used to hate training in my cellar as a kid,but I agree on all your points and I keep adding things to my equipment also.....it`s great.

Another huge plus is that where I`m living now we get tons of snow and I mean tons....I used to get up at 4 AM to get ready to drive through a blizzard to train clients starting at 7 AM then train myself afterwards.............n o more of that BS for me.
