I have been training at home for about 8 years now. I think the pluses far outweigh the minuses.Can train any hour, I never have to wait on some jackass to get off a bench and that pandemic had not affect on my training at all. I keep my eyes open constantly for bargains on weight equipment at stores or garage sales.Just add a piece here and there and maybe use a little imagination on some exercises.Good luck
I`m liking training at home also....used to hate training in my cellar as a kid,but I agree on all your points and I keep adding things to my equipment also.....it`s great.
Another huge plus is that where I`m living now we get tons of snow and I mean tons....I used to get up at 4 AM to get ready to drive through a blizzard to train clients starting at 7 AM then train myself afterwards.............n
o more of that BS for me.
