Well single digit bodyfat is a start once you get there we can discuss the rest. Being able to surf and paddle out past the break would be a good indicator having a 4 min breath hold would be another swimming 2 lengths of the pool underwater etc etc hell give me a kiteboard and I can do a backflip. I can still do a 360 on a snowboard. I am agile athletic and have good cardio. I am in shape about the best shape I have ever been to be honest better than I was in the Army better than college I ride my bike daily my blood pressure is ideal as in my cholesterol all my bloodwork was great. You drop me 2 miles out from the beach in strong currents and I am swimming back no problem

I use a legal CBD based hemp product for nausea and stomach discomfort and when I eat for appetite as again I have crohns which everyone seems to think is some kind of delusion. I went over all this a million times before but everyone is too busy talking shit to pay attention to detail. It is a vape pen I do not inhale any actual smoke. Also, unlike tobacco it doesn't release a huge cloud. But yes I refer to it as going out for a smoke as you have to walk outside and stand in the smoking area when at a restaurant I don't inhale any actual smoke ever

Every two minutes = 15 sets   

5 reps of deads @ 315
5 reps of bench @225

It generally comes out to 45 sec - 1 min to do the 10 reps.    So its boils down to a minute of work , a minute of rest for 30 min.   
bhank can't deadlift 315 or bench 225 for a single, let alone sets of 5.

I work 40 hours a week from 7-4 Monday through Friday I am fully remote and have my work computer set up in the dining room right next to my recumbent bike. I also took and gave my ex a urinalysis not required to avoid further false allegations as they accused me of illegally using marijuana which I was not doing. I then took a hair follicle for work. I also took half a dozen hair follicles the last few years fighting for custody never failed one never had any drug charges do not use illegal drugs have been telling you idiots that for years. I am fullly tested and have been for about 3 years now.

Being fit is more than that though you can feel it like an extra spring and gear you have and I have that right now. It is amazing taking those 3 weeks off upper body and just riding my bike and doing some light leg work was the best decision ever. Before everything hurt now everything feels great a lot of my aches and pains are gone the stiffness is gone the spring in my step is back my motivation is high again. I feel like I am building up again instead of just breaking down.

Im guessing you started using prescription painkillers. Such as Percocet oxycodone fentanyl.

A few months ago, you said your knee would  slip out when you were walking. Now all the sudden you’re a spring chicken.

What painkillers and what doses are you using.

Think I'm cancelling both my gym memberships and just training at work for now on.  This is my 4th week in a row of not going to a commercial gym and I'm just flushing $$$ down the toilet.

Today was chest, bi's and abs

Incline Smith 4 x 10-8
Incline cable fly's 2 x 12-10
Decline dumbell press 2 x 10-8
Seated machine press 2 x 10-8
Reverse cable curls 2x15
Hammer preacher curls 2x12
Close grip cable curls 2x10
Cable curls using the cable crossover ie I don't know that the fuck these are called (it's like hitting a front double bicep) 2x10
Decline sit-ups 3x15
Hanging knee raises 3x10

*elbows are hurting a little hence the cable work for biceps
