Think I'm cancelling both my gym memberships and just training at work for now on. This is my 4th week in a row of not going to a commercial gym and I'm just flushing $$$ down the toilet.
Today was chest, bi's and abs
Incline Smith 4 x 10-8
Incline cable fly's 2 x 12-10
Decline dumbell press 2 x 10-8
Seated machine press 2 x 10-8
Reverse cable curls 2x15
Hammer preacher curls 2x12
Close grip cable curls 2x10
Cable curls using the cable crossover ie I don't know that the fuck these are called (it's like hitting a front double bicep) 2x10
Decline sit-ups 3x15
Hanging knee raises 3x10
*elbows are hurting a little hence the cable work for biceps
