Let me tell you what I know the more I lift leg extension squat and hamstring curls and bike the less pain and fluid I get in the knees and the better I walk and move and feel. yes the knees hurt and are stiff and it’s hard to get motivated to start every workout but they always feel better after and the more I work out the better they get. When I took some time off they got real bad. You want to deal with some arthritis pain and train or do you want more stiffness and muscular atrophy and even more arthritis eventually as you weaken the connective tissue from not training? It is better to train
have you ever considered training smart? because you sound like you've learned to train from a 1990's flex magazine article.
 How much of your work is done in the coronal plane? why would you do leg extensions when you can do a much superior reverse nordic curl? why would you do a shirty hamstring curl when you can do a vastly superior glute ham raise? why squat when you can push a heavy sled and maybe make actual gains

Reverse sled walk is one one of the best there is.

This one is gaining a lot of popularity for knee protection.

Are you kidding? First off both those move are body weight so you can’t adjust 2nd they are not superior and 3rd I have two large scars on my knees I am not spending anytime with my weight on my knees doing reverse Nordic curls. As far as squatting fuck no a sled is not an more effective movement

The squat is the athletic movement I snowboard it’s basically an all day squat.  you want all that connective tissue balancing and strengthening and a free plane of motion the sled does none of that just overloads the quads

you could not do a proper either one of those bodyweight movements on your best day so worry about progressive overload much much later. I won't even addresses that bit about the sled because you're clearly a training dunce

I am not makikng any excuses it is a solid squat lets see you do better most people think they use a full range of motion and are doing 1/4 reps by all means post up your 315 squat to full depth

This board insisted I could not squat and that is why I had no legs then I start squatting and making progress with my technique and form and weight and legs and now everyone is so upset about it that it's squats don't work anyway fucking hilarious.
