man you are hopeless aren't you, I'm not even trying to dunk on you, i'm actually trying to help. You're stuck in this old dogmatic way of training, and you refuse to budge even as it breaks your body down.

Ask yourself how many people that inspired you to train have had multiple hip and knee replacements while not playing a contact sport. That's the route you wanna take? this "agility" shit you wanna clown on is what keeps people able to lift well into old age.

I'm 47 and have been training injury free since 13 with no gaps whatsoever.   What worked when we were 13-30 even say 35 - is not the same way to train in your 40's.   I don't understand how he refuses to grasp this in terms of wanting to stay in this game for the long term.

I remember in my mid-late 30's starting Tabata type workouts and kicking myself for not doing that sooner.   You have to experiment with a lot of different things.   Some things work, some don't, some you love, some you hate.   But doing same old boring ass BB nonsense?   GTFO

A 365 front squat is much more impressive than a 365 back squat. Residue probably repped a 455 back squat in the same workout

He is the one that is busting out a different variation when we are already discussing squats he is the one making the comparison front squats require more upper body but are not harder on the legs speaking of which I just feel like I am in better shape the day after squatting. Already had 4 plates of food as well appetite is strong
