I am not trying to have a brutal workout I am on like week 2 after a break slowly I will pick up the pace the next few weeks. Your triceps are being used when you Bench and if you do shoulder or any kind of pressing movement if you did triceps one day chest another and then shoulders you would be hitting triceps 3 days a week which is too much
I`m also easing back into my training as I missed 4-5 weeks....doing only a few sets also....
BUT....I have yet to do 15 sets for a bodypart this soon as you did, and would only normally do so on legs anyway,nor have I done 3 sets of an extremely gay triceps movement.....congrats on knowing jackshit about training or bodybuilding just like I said from day fucking one !!
