I am not trying to have a brutal workout I am on like week 2 after a break slowly I will pick up the pace the next few weeks. Your triceps are being used when you Bench and if you do shoulder or any kind of pressing movement if you did triceps one day chest another and then shoulders you would be hitting triceps 3 days a week which is too much
I`m also easing back into my training as I missed 4-5 weeks....doing only a few sets also....BUT....I have yet to do 15 sets for a bodypart this soon as you did, and would only normally do so on legs anyway,nor have I done 3 sets of an extremely gay triceps movement.....congrats on knowing jackshit about training or bodybuilding just like I said from day fucking one !!

True, he`s literally becoming a gym savage /warrior/soldier.....right before our very eyes.....we get the unearned,and extremely unworthy privilege of witnessing it as it transpires live....a sight to behold in all it`s unbridled and vicious, though awesome training passion glory.... what with all the added volume and brutally heavy basic skullcrushers,french presses, and mega-heavy close grip benches he`s listed above, I`d say he`s well on the way to becoming the guy who ate him......or a monster......or something like that......you know what I mean.

It's not just training frequency, it's how you train too, you should never ''squeeze'' the arm muscles very tight, rather let the weight do the pumping, like Arnold did, or Heath, just let the muscle grow. Once you start ''squeezing'' the muscle really tight the arm muscles will become extremely dense and won't grow anymore

It is good to be back, but I really don’t like this colder weather ! How are your thigh muscle tears healing ?

I’m going to Wildberry tomorrow morning for pancakes if you’re going to be in the City ? If not I will be back out in the NW suburbs on the weekend. I will check to see where our group is training on Saturday and let you know.

DB Lunges - 3 X 12 (front foot on elevated platform....one leg at a time)
DB RDL - 4 X 15
