SC is at a ridiculous level, but I will say if you grind his workout style, you will end up accomplishing much more than you think you can.
I have an early workout he published - it was 60 exercises, 1 min of work, 15 sec rest. I scaled it to 45 sec, 15. It was fucking insane........a month later, I could blast through it and feel great.
Takes effort. Won't likely get to SC levels, but you can adapt and improve.
