Where is the video you never took 405lb below parellel in your life lying bastard and pound for pound is fucking nonsense when I was 150lbs I could do twice as many pullups was I twice as strong fuck no.
Fuck you I didn`t.....they didn`t even have smart phones when I did it, and I did it on a whim during a leg workout just because I felt great that day and I was in  the groove.

I also did 370 for a triple on another occasion.....3 sets of 10 with 315,followed by two more sets of 8 in the same session,and did 20 reps with 250.......sorry I don`t have photographic evidence but I only lie to the cops not to anyone on here asshole.

I`ve always been a small guy but always a strong guy and I never lie...............any other lifts you want to hear about.....I`m strong in most of the ones I regularly do/did.

I did 16 reps on the bench with bodyweight on the bar for 1st. place in Rochester N.Y. and hadn`t done benches for at least 7 years opting to do Smith Inclines,DB,Inclines,and heavy flyes for the most part instead......also I competed in REAL AAU powerlifting and have trophies for doing so.......also I  did odd lift contests mostly at the famous Mt. Park amusement Center in Holyoke Mass where they filmed Pumping Iron.....I`m even in a scene in the movie.

Never call me a liar when it comes to the weights......been training off and on for eons......before you were a twinkle in your daddys eye.

I can`t help it if you`re a weak twat !

I am not denying you think you went below parallel I squatted 425lbs for 6 reps in 1999 but yeah it probably wasn't below parallel. When taking videos and reviewing actual depth you start to realize a few inches means everything. I go as low as I can physically go now

Wasn't Big Ro on here some time back curling something like 180 for reps?    Seems a really good guy and STRONG too.

It's not a powerlift Hankins, Powerlifting is Squat/Bench/Deadlift. Curl is a contested lift. Back up through about the early 60's, it was the most common 3rd lift of "Odd Lift" contests. Usually it was squat, bench, curl, but sometimes they threw in other stuff, depending on the promoter. I've seen old contest reports that had things like shoulder press or clean in there.

But when Powerlifting was formalized by the early 60's, it went straight to Squat/Bench/Deadlift. The curl was sometimes still contested, as were things like say, the two man deadlift. But formally Powerlifting is the big 3.

Odd Lifts now are things like Neck lifts, Hip and Thigh, Steinborn squats, etc....

I THINK I went below paralell....dude, I competed in the AAU as a powerlifter,and was taught how to lift by a  guy named John Pezotte.....officially he had a 505 pound bench with a pause,and a 650 squat and a 650 deadlift.....he squatted below parallel,just like he taught me to do,the great and legendary Carl Snitkin trained with him.....Google him sonny....I do know what paralell is and what below paralell is.....you yourself are very familiar with half squats.

Compared to you,I am a legend in the game and I am nothing,which makes you less than nothing.

We would have 2 guys squatting down on both sides of us watching as we squatted.....both very experienced lifters.....when we hit paralell,they would clap their hands and we would explode out of the hole......if no clap was heard,we kept descending until we heard it then we would rise if possible.

Hankins will probably give you a few tips, I imagine hes an expert at that as well.

My friend I work out with used to do a lot of hockey playing when he was younger, so I’ve been gleaming some info from him. I called an ice arena not too far from me to see about joining, but they said the season already started in September.

Good luck with your contest today. Regardless of results, that is quite the accomplishment. Is the evening part of the contest live streamed ? I am assuming the show is in or near London so I will look online for results.

After a while the curl was omitted and replaced by the deadlift.
