He's already moved on.

Currently starving himself for 3 days to post a picture showing how shredded and "in shape" he is to challenge Jeff's recent condition.

hanky complete changes his goals every 72 hours.
He zones in on a new goal every month. He was all about competing for a minute then saw he didn't have the genetics to not finish last. He was going to squat 405 then started tearing muscles every week. Now he's the strict curl champ. Amazing that a guy who fails at every goal he sets is so confident

A few months ago, he was bragging about bulking to 250.

It changes whenever the wind blows.

He quit his bulk because he ran out of Anadrol.

It's funny how predictable he's become.

Who said it was an obsession I just said I did it and it was fun then getbig lost it calling me a liar as always. You guys have been so annoying I forgot to mention I actually squatted yesterday. I didn't realize you had to only train legs or arms exclusively. I have been doing it all wrong since I did squats yesterday and arms today. You can train legs, arms, powerlift and bodybuild it's all training it's all lifting. You can train for hypertrophy and strength and still maintain a physique with abs. These are not mutually exclusive activities

You got muscles and are lean but your aesthetics are lousy.
Years ago before your pec and biceps injuries you looked better than now.
Now you are messed up.
You are treading water and slowly drowning from a physique standpoint. 
Live with it.
Can't be changed.
Some guys have good aesthetics and some don't.
You don't. 
Your physique is unbalanced, you have no lats, your arms are off, legs are scrawny, your head is not proportional to your body, etc.
Nobody's perfect. 
You are not even close aesthetically to looking good for bodybuilding competition unless you compete against scrubs.
Live with it.
Get off the drugs and train for health and strength.

His curl of 150 pounds equals approximately 75 pounds under his bodyweight if indeed he does weighs 225 like he says he does.

I can curl just as much pound for pound.... FOR REPS .... when in good training condition,of course that doesn`t count in "Hankyland" simply because he`s the best !!  :D

These are the qualifying strict curl lifts for the Arnold classic by weight

At your claimed weight of 180lbs you would about 155lbs to qualify at my weight of 220lbs I would need a 170. You getting reps with 155lbs? I don’t think so. I know I can’t do 170 right now but I did get 150. You want to compete pound for pound use the actual standards for the weight classes vs just making up your own math

The guy does 9 whopping sets for a huge bodypart like quads,then goes and does 15 sets, including sets of heavy singles, for a tiny bodypart like biceps.

Total reps for quads =88
Total reps for biceps =93 ish :D
