Where is the 405 lb squat? Or will you admit that you couldn't do it when you said you absolutely could at that very moment if you wanted to?

I hit 365lbs without a spot and it got a little sketchy you going to spot me when I attempt 405lbs? I was asked to estimate my squat and I did based on a 90 degree squat then everyone said it wasn't deep enough so I started going lower and lower. Going lower feels better on the legs as such I am squatting to about 45 degrees now. But yeah going from just above parallel to 45 degrees below increases the difficulty exponentially. None of you know that because none of you squat a damn thing. I watch people squat in the gym I am one of 2 people going to full depth. Every getbigger talking about their squat is going above parallel for fuck sake I am almost sitting on the damn floor. Not all squats are created equal. When i squat 405lbs it is going to be 45 degrees not 90. But yeah absolutely I can squat 405lbs to 90 right now but I no longer consider 90 a squat. In my book you need to be about 45 degrees below to be actually squatting. Let me know when any of you can squat 405lbs to 45 degrees

Its still a deep muscle pain in the bicep really hoping this training gets the arms growing into overdrive then add in the squats I am doing and yeah I am feeling fit

You simply overtrained one of the smallest bodyparts.....a zillion reps for biceps, and less then half that on a huge bodypart like quads.

I have been actually giving a lot of thought to 2 different types of training recently neural cns adaption and hypertrophy and how to incorporate high and low reps into the workout to do some of both

Squats are for the entire leg not just quads and my legs are still smoked especially the hams and arms are doing fine def went heavy and feel it a little different but not going to say overtrained yet as was doing heavy singles  of course will see how the arm training goes next few weeks with lots of heavy singles in addition to normal stuff

At our age - yes you are old too - Heavy Sleds are better for the legs than barbell squats.
