I`m not and I bet most here hit paralell or below....you pulled that misnomer right out of your ass buddy.
You act like you`re the only one training here,when in reality you are one of the few who videos a lift simply to look for validation then when you get critiqued fairly you cry about it.
Almost everyone here trains....besides you train like a wuss and have no idea how to write up a routine that makes any fucking sense.
I`ll be waiting for you to respond with your "any type of training builds muscle" bullshit.....there are good and bad ways to workout,but you`re right in as sense,since you are on gear for life you will build some muscle no matter how dumb your workout is stuctered or how much actual structure is lacking in it.
