I actually have improved my legs and they are more than decent now. Lots of people have torn a muscle before my pec is still attached and works just fine. My biceps are not mishaped in anyway. I am not currently taking any growth botox or insulin not that any of that would change the fact that I am 220lbs and single digit bodyfat at 45 years old. That ain't nowhere near average. Of course all of this still comes back to you don't even lift

See this is the issue. You are 220 single digit body fat, which is debatable.

Using copious amounts of steroids barely to look mediocre. If you were to stand side by side  another gym bro , who has  been training for 20+ years they will be no difference in body comp. assuming same training regiment and half the drugs.
