I competed in AAU powerlifting and plenty of odd lift contests.....and I was a personal trainer for over 20 years.
You can`t tell me a damn thing about training.....don`t forget I`ve seen the fairy workouts you post shirking all the hard basic stuff, and you rag on me for training neck and abs, while I also do skullcrushers,seated french press front squats,leg presses,deadlifts,heavy BB and DB rows,heavy shrugs,heavy bradford presses etc. etc. all stuff that you substitute with BS movements like one arm cable extensions,pressdowns,leg extensions,1/4 squats, and a few shitty chinups.
